Our Training
Cultivating Growth for All Marines Employees
At Marines Security we believe that our successful future will be achieved by supporting the
development of our people’s skills. Proper recruitment, extensive training and ongoing
coaching are the tenets of a team that works better, harder and with the best results. All officers
are trained at our Training School located in our Head Office. We strive to help our employees
develop to their full potential in our industry.
Our approach to training is based on the individual needs of the clients and the officers’ need
for meaningful ongoing professional development.
The Training path includes the following three levels:
On The Job Training
Additionally, security officers are given on the job training at the site by our Training Managers and Visiting Officers with years of experience in military and security field.
Refresher Training
As an industry leader in training, we recognize that a core base of security knowledge and critical skills sets a successful foundation built on basic, on-the-job and advanced training. Further, we understand that certain critical skills require periodic re-certification to ensure our security officers maintain a high level of proficiency.
